A scout is thrifty. A Scout works to pay his own way and to help others. He saves for the future. He protects and conserves natural resources. He carefully uses time and property.
We want to enable our scouts to follow every aspect of the scout law. One of the ways we do this is by helping them earn their own way in scouting. We do this mainly through Popcorn sales in the fall and Camp Card sales in the spring.
